With over 12 years of experience in the graphic arts and creative fields, I have been making a positive, creative change in every corporate atmosphere in which I've worked in. I graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 2006. In 2012, I then earned a Master of Arts degree in Graphic Communications Management and Technology from New York University, where I have maintained a role on NYU’s School of Professional Studies, Division of Programs in Business Alumni Board since its inception in 2014.

After completing my undergraduate studies at St. John’s University, I started working directly in the creative, graphics field and has been thriving ever since, working for companies large and small. Companies such as Godiva Chocolate, Macy's Fashion Dept. and McGraw-Hill's Aviation Week. I am currently the Art Director/Senior Graphic Artist for Skanska USA Civil and prior to Skanska, I was employed by the American Management Association (AMA), where I contributed to the overall growth of the company as an integral member of a number of functional teams. While at AMA, I earned several certificates in soft skills, including public speaking, leadership training and project management. In addition I have also earned several certificates in motion graphics, web and HTML design, mobile web responsiveness and character animation.

I have always been passionate about the arts and love visiting any museum I can. I also enjoy and contribute to youth mentoring, community service and youth development. I believes in having multiple callings in life, which for me, not only includes my passion for creativity and art but also my love for mentoring students and youth, to help build a better future. I am currently a mentor of urban high school youth through the iMentoring organization. I also volunteers as a motivational, instructional and public speaker for

youth-development organizations, including Operation Enterprise and Exploring NY. The above is a video of my colleagues and I talking about the importance of Community Involvement for large businesses and sharing our passion and personal stories of our involvement in our local communities.
